About the Founder

The person behind Cordivent

I'm Cody Jo Eflin. I build software around real operational constraints, not startup theater. Cordivent is the event side of that work: a mobile-first event hub designed to reduce confusion, tighten coordination, and give lean teams one cleaner system to run from.

Cody Jo Eflin — founder and product builder

My background spans enterprise software, QA, production operations, platform work, and customer-facing technical leadership. That is why Cordivent is opinionated about event operations. The product is built to help teams move through real day-of complexity with less friction.

Cordivent is for event teams that are tired of fragmented PDFs, stale microsites, scattered updates, and awkward sponsor or vendor coordination. The goal is one mobile-first link that feels clear to attendees and manageable for organizers.

I care about products that are easier to understand, easier to operate, and more useful under pressure. That shows up here in the event-day flows, role-based views, and founder-led pilot model.

Mobile-first by default

Event software should match how attendees and staff actually move through a live day.

Built for lean teams

Cordivent is designed to reduce coordination overhead for organizers, speakers, vendors, and attendees.

Trust is operational

Clarity, restraint, and cleaner product boundaries matter in event software too.
